Bushwick – Troutman & Stanhope

AT THE BLEEDING EDGE OF NYC’s ART SCENE

400 Stanhope Street and 244 Troutman Street in Brooklyn are at the bleeding edge of New York City’s arts scene. Thousands of the most creative and prolific artists in the city make their homes and keep their studios in the neighborhood, which draws comparisons to SoHo thirty years ago and to Williamsburg ten years ago. Its streets are full of life, from gallery walks to farm-to-table restaurants, to coffee shops and bars. The buildings are in the middle of it all. 244 Troutman Street is a fully occupied six unit building with plans to renovate apartments as tenants choose to vacate. 400 Stanhope Street is a three family townhouse that we are restoring and re-configuring into a six unit rental. Work is under way and we cannot wait to see the site rented as one of the most exciting new additions to our portfolio.
